CUCUMBER ELDERFLOWER MARGARITA

No need to drink green beer this St. Patricks Day.  Up your game and wow your guests with this easy and delicious twist on a margarita. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chopped cucumber

  •  6 ounces tequila

  • 3 ounces elderflower liqueur

  • 3 tablespoons local honey

  • 3 ounces fresh lime juice

  • 3 cups ice

  • Course salt, for rim

Prepare your margarita glasses with salt buy using a lime wedges and dredging them through a plate of salt. In a blender, combine all ingredients and pour into your glasses.
