Food brings people together. It nourishes our bodies and feeds our souls. It connects us with different cultures and experiences. Food tells a story.
Although I have never had any formal culinary schooling, throughout my life I have been surrounded by people passionate about food and creating experiences around meals. Most notably my step-father, who loved making homemade pasta, he perfected Putanessca, and created the most unique pizza combinations. Ironically he was not Italian, but from the South and incorporated those traditional meals into daily practice.
Once my family moved to Jackson, Wyoming, in the early 1990’s, my parents opened the first brew pub in Wyoming. It became award-winning. I think my love affair with the kitchen began there.
I strive and create food that looks as beautiful as it tastes.
Experimenting with different flavors, textures, all while trying to eat seasonally and as locally as possible, while striving to make magic in the kitchen.
